A deep apple pie with crumbly butter pastry, cinnamon and raisins, served with whipped cream.

Method

Knead flour, butter, sugar and egg.
Press two-thirds into a deep tin.
Mix chopped apple with cinnamon, raisins and lemon and fill.
Top with a lattice of the rest and bake at 170°C for an hour.
