Method
- Whisk eggs and sugar until very thick, fold in flour and cocoa, then butter.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes, cool and cut into 3 layers.
- Thicken the cherry juice with cornflour and add the cherries.
- Whip cream with icing sugar.
- Stack layers with cherries and cream and cover with cream and chocolate.
