Russian honey cake of many thin honey-biscuit layers with sour cream frosting, rested overnight to soften.

Method

Warm honey, sugar and butter over a water bath, add eggs, then soda until foamy.
Add flour, knead and divide into 8.
Roll each paper-thin and bake 5 minutes at 180°C.
Whip sour cream with sugar.
Stack layers with cream, coat with crumbs and chill overnight.
