Method
- Brown the lamb, then add onion and carrots.
- Add paste, sauce and stock and simmer 30 minutes; stir in peas.
- Boil and mash the potatoes with butter and milk.
- Spread the meat in a dish, top with mash and rough with a fork.
- Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes until golden.
